Inbound Tourism Manager
We need an "Inbound Sales Manager" to join our team and share the success with us. The following requirements are needed:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.
- Perfect command of English language, other languages would be a plus
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Travel & Tourism field in International Sales
- Plan and display excellent time management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with standpoints, through active listening, to determine the priorities and
- Be able to work efficiently and be able to set work plans whether short or midterm plan with clear objectives
- Be able to achieve targets and exceeds them in many cases with history of previous achievements
- Strong presentation skills report-writing and developing request for proposals.
- Conducting online webinars and presentations for travel professionals
- Communication with international retailers on a daily basis
- Preparing agency performance reports on a weekly basis
- A hunter mentality in reaching new business approaches
- High-energy to make numerous phone calls or online meetings daily
- A team player who can display a good-nature cooperative attitude.
- Establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks.
- Self-starter; motivated, focused within team spirit, and results-driven
- Ability to travel whenever needed and according to business needs.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office. Salesforce would be a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of sales, marketing, reservations, e-commerce, social media and related fields
- Experience with exhibitions, trade fairs and other related event
