Job Title: Quality Control Engineer
Location: Cairo, Egypt (Willing to relocate)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
About The Job:
We are looking for a motivated Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Egypt for hotel and administrative building projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor structural works including concrete, steel, formwork, and reinforcement.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Prepare inspection reports and quality control documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors regarding quality-related issues.
Review material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests (IRs).
Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures on site.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
3–4 years of experience in Quality Control or Site Execution (Structural works).
Previous experience in hotel or administrative/commercial projects is preferred.
Good knowledge of structural drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Personal Skills:
Good communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to provide technical support to site work when needed.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
