Job Description

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Communicate and update the Performance Management Framework.
  • Develop different policies and procedures to support the company strategy performance.
  • Implement and monitor Performance Management framework to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the company and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives
  • Assist the managers in translating the performance objectives  to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes
  • Develop policies and procedures to support the employee performance (for ex: performance review policy).
  • Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data.
  • Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance
  • Monitor all activities related to the performance management cycle and manages all communication of the process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business needs.
  • Effective use of 360-degree feedback process.
  • Develop and Implement succession-planning matrix.
  • Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance
  • In liaison with the Culture HRBP Develop/select and implement/administer Employee injury and illness prevention.
  • In liaison with the training manager, following up on employee training programs to level up the technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Work with the MIS to develop automation in performance data and insuring data quality

Job Requirements

  • least 4 years of success as HR operations// employee performance in corporate culture
  • Workplace experience in performance programs
  • Knowledge and understanding of people management theories/ principles and ability to coach others around best practices.
  • Very good command of English Language (written and spoken)
  • Strong operational aptitude to understand the company performance criteria
  • Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and influence stakeholders
