Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients within the HR, recruitment, and outsourcing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR managers and business owners.
  • Present and pitch tailored recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, HR services, or recruitment agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
