- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR managers and business owners.
- Present and pitch tailored recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, HR services, or recruitment agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
