Job Description
As an operation Specialist , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations with logistics and customers.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure that our operations are consistent and effective
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- - Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that we are meeting our overall business goals
- - Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded
- -Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Highly Organized: Excellent prioritization skills and detail oriented
