Job Description
- Apply statistical tools for analyzing the inspection data collected by quality inspectors.
- Verify the organization’s QMS compatible with customers, standards and legal requirements.
- Verify that food safety, quality standard and PRPs are implemented.
- Ensure high level of customer service of complaints relating to quality.
- Lead the analysis of customer complains including define CA and PA and follow up both of them.
- Conduct the internal audit and follow NCR cases.
- Regulates documents control of the sections/department and ensures proper document preservation.
- Support in implementing the quality management system.
- Ensures that CCPs (Critical Control Points) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
- Responsible for product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, (Industrial, Chemist) Engineering Background is preferred.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Familiar with ERP System.
- Preferred experience with QA in food beverage or similar field.
- Familiarity with Food Safety is a must.
- Preferred Certification or awareness for ISO 9001-2015 and ISO022001 or FSSC 22000.
- Excellent Data Collection and analysis skills.
- Strong Background with Lean Six Sigma applications.
