Receive, review and Analyze newly assigned production orders and prepare the production plans.
Plan, organize, direct and control production workers and supervising production processes
Work in collaboration with the technical office to ensure that all the received designs is accurate and matching with the customer’s requirements.
Check production output according to specifications. (Design, quantity & quality).
Follow operational work instructions (SOP) for production activities.
Follow up the daily production plans and activities to sustain the smooth production operations and production achievements.
Evaluate the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and minimizing time, effort and cost
Monitor labors' performance to enhance labors' capabilities and to achieve the production plans.
Ensure the best application of health and safety procedures in the factory
Stick to Quality STDs during production process.
Propose solutions and ideas to optimize the entire production process and think out of the box on how to meet deadlines.
Report any missing materials to the planning department to take the necessary actions to avoid any production delay
Submit weekly & monthly report to show the numbers of received production order and the progress of production processes, achievements and failures and the needed materials for the upcoming production process.

Bachelor Degree of Engineering
From 2 to 4 years of experience in wood production (Must be in office furniture)
Well-organized and detail oriented.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership skills
