Study the project construction Shop drawings, specifications, and BOQ
Prepare the design and executive Shop drawings according to the codes and in accordance with the BOQ and the requirements of the owner and the consulting
Compiling a record of the required executive drawings
Coordination between architecture, Structure, and electro-mechanical to be coordinated before the beginning of execution to avoid any conflicts between different disciplines
Participate in solving any emergency problems that may arise through execution with the technical office manager
Coordination with sites regarding the work of the required edits and sent to the consulting office for approved plans of what has been executive
Review of subcontractors' Invoices
Review the Survey sent from the site and match it to the drawings
Review of contract quantities and quantities included in the Invoices
Issuance of subcontractors' Invoices after review with the DC Department
Coordination between Accounting and DC in all subcontractors' Invoices inquiries
Review PO Recived from sites
Quantity surveyor of items listed for PO
Review the description of items and materials with the Procurement Section and ensure that they were approved
Issuance of PO for the DC Department after review
Follow-up issuance of client Invoices from sites
Review the quantity surveyor of items sent from the site by email (banks - taxes)
Issuance of client Invoices for banking projects and delivery to the consultant

Bachelor's degree Engineering (Electrical Power)
5-7 years of experience in Procurement , Shop Drawing , QS
Light current System , Design of power system
Construction background
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to organize, plan
Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD, Revit MEP software
