- We are looking to hire Full Time operations Coordinator:
- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective and successful management Events, educational courses and operational products.
- Manage overall operations.
- Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
- Have a wide contact with different vendors.
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
- Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels.
Job Requirements
- Requirements and qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as Event Coordinator.
- Portfolio of successful events
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Creative, productive, quality control and safety measures as established for the Operations Department
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BA in hospitality management, public relations or similar relevant field
