Job Description
Crew Tours - Egypt is hiring now female Aviation Ticketing agent:
- Issue – Reissue – Change - Refund airline tickets.
- Confirm and modify flight reservations.
- Prepare and locate records and information for customers and colleagues.
- Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.
- Keep records and information.
- Follow-up the Ques on Amadeus at least 5 times daily.
- Handle emergency requests 24 hours.
- Creating daily reports.
Job Requirements
- Only Females Can Apply.
- GDS Amadeus (Basic & Advanced) Experience is Must.
- Prefer applicants live near Heliopolis area or Nasr City
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports
- Presentation Skills, good-looking, Supportive Attitude.
