Job Description
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot production issues.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations within the production area.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Assist in training operators and junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Contribute to the achievement of production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
