Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot production issues.
Assist in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations within the production area.
Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.

Assist in training operators and junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
0-1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
