Job Description
We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of front end developer. Front end developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum engagement, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties. Front-end developers are also expected to have good command of graphic design and human psychology.
Front End Developer Responsibilities:
- Determining the structure and design of web pages and web apps within our guidelines.
- Developing features to enhance the user experience.
- Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones and tablets.
- Designing for a diverse broad audience with different backgrounds.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
Job Requirements
- Degree in computer science or information technology. Degree requirement may be waived if you have sufficient experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Demonstrated web design portfolio.
- Basic understanding of human psychology and iterative design processes for maximum user engagement.
- Experience with graphic design applications.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Ability to create video tutorials and features to guide users.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
