Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of administration and non-technical process.
- Develop, review, improve and implement strategy, systems, policies, procedures and plans for administration and non-technical operations management and development.
- Direct optimization of company resources, defining responsibilities and authority and creating an environment that promotes continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain appropriate reporting system.
- Prepare regular reports and giving presentations.
- Provide necessary support to ensure successful passing on all audits.
- Overseeing new projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Drive standardization practices throughout the organization that align with other branches.
- Act as a liaison between department management/subordinate levels, as well as executive levels to inform personnel of communications, decisions, policies, and all matters that affect their performance, attitudes and results.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
- Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach; assign accountabilities, set objective, establish priorities, monitor, and evaluate results.
- Hold a weekly staff meeting to communicate ongoing projects and activities.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to support and facilitate performance.
- Manage and monitor schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for receiving, analyzing and resolving employee complaints.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Master's degree in Business Administration is an added value.
- 20+ years’ experience in manufacturing/production management / process-oriented operations or other relevant business, 3+ years in the same role (GM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
