Job Description
- Review customer reservation forms and unit inventory.
- Review customer contracts.
- Update customer account statements and review payment processes.
- Follow up on customer collections.
- Review customer arrears and send them to the Collections Department.
- Review and follow up on customers referred to Legal Affairs with Customer Service and Legal Affairs.
- Follow up on and review customer maintenance deposit accounts.
- Register with the American Journal.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within real estate investment or marketing sectors.
- Strong understanding of customer account management and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and compliance requirements.
