Job Description
- Preparing Quotations, programs for individuals & groups.
- Preparing programs itinerary.
- Preparing service orders for all branches & the Traffic department.
- Preparing the Tourism police reports (when needed).
- Handle materialized bookings.
- Booking Hotels, Nile cruises & Air tickets.
- Issuing payments and vouchers.
- Assign qualified guides.
- Making invoices for the files.
- Finalize the files on the Travware system.
- Recheck with other departments on requested services (I.e. answerback on Reservations, etc…).
- Enhance the image of Excel Travel handling services to maximum quality.
- Supervising the team-mate and giving support whenever needed.
- Possibility for solving problems within the authorized limit.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate.
- Foreign language skills, English is a must – extra language is a plus.
- Experience 4-5 years in inbound tourism.
- High Communication skills.
- High Customer service skills.
- Organizational skills.
- A demonstrable interest in travel.
- Good time management skills.
