Manage the end-to-end order cycle from receiving sales leads and artwork through production, invoicing, dispatch, delivery, and collection follow-up.
Monitor orders and pending activities on FINSYS & Insoft and ensure timely completion according to agreed SLAs.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and Dispatch.
Manage and develop relationships with active and inactive accounts to generate repeat business and new POs.
Provide customers with accurate ETA/ETD updates and proactively resolve order-related issues.
Monitor customer balances, credit limits, collections, and account reconciliations.
Identify sales growth opportunities and promote the company’s product portfolio and “One Stop Shop” solutions.
Prepare and analyze regular reports covering sales, quotations, conversions, pending orders, and account performance.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members on FINSYS, Insoft, and operational processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2+ years of experience in FAM, Sales, Order Management, Customer Relations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the sales and order management cycle.
Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different departments.
Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably FINSYS / Insoft.
Experience in paper, carton, printing, or packaging industries is an advantage.
Excellent command of Arabic & English.
