Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels.
  • Manage the development and communication of the company’s brand strategy.
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency, report on previous marketing results and redeploy plans as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • High proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Ability to produce clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content and marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of the legal standards involved in promotional campaigns.
  • Keen sensitivity to align initiatives with the company's brand and compliance guidelines.
