Job Description
An experienced commercial manager is needed for commercial parks in October and Zayed city to approach tenants, follow up the process, close deals and maintain their satisfying experiences with the company.
- Report daily with updates and new tenants approaching plan.
- Represent the company in a professional way considering communication skills with clients.
- Having contacts data of commercial tenants is an advantage (F&B , retail )
- Collect leads from marketing team and contact them
- Filtering potential requests, work on them and give them as a last phase to communication department.
Job Requirements
- Experience in commercial selling and renting is a must
- Very good English speaker and writer
