Job Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in organizational development
- Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven effective management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
- Strong presentation skills.
