Job Description
- Source potential candidates from various online channels, personal connections, and referrals
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Keeping records of work times and attendance, tracking employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and sending legal warnings accordingly.
- Prepare the monthly payroll including all the employees issues like( Vacation, sick leaves, permissions, etc.
- Processing new employees’ social insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other activities using appropriate forms.
- Being responsible for the employee database system as well as employment files
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of working experience
- Good knowledge of HR. Prefer a degree in HR
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT
- Good knowledge of HR Software specially MOHR.
- Good English and Arabic skills
