Job Description

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Industry: Information Technology, Managed Print Services, Documents Solutions.

job purpose: To promote the company’s product portfolio by executing the company’s sales account plan through comprehensive coverage of a designated territory.

KEY accountabilities:

  • Perform daily selling activities: Conduct sales calls, demonstrations, proposal creation/presentation, and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes.
  • Ensure effective territory management of designated territory and manage sales cycles using the tools and techniques provided by the company.
  • Provide monthly sales forecast, with a high accuracy level, to ensure the sales objectives of revenue growth and gross profit targets are met across products, services and solutions.
  • Ensure knowledge of competitive landscape, related technology changes and updates to stay abreast with the latest information to share with customers and company.
  • Create and manage the customer pipeline of qualified opportunities in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure commitment to raising the bar on customer service and satisfaction levels by effective relationship and daily management.
  • To comply with company policies & procedure, aspect & impact related Quality Management System and Environment Management System.

                    

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

Experience: 5+ years’ sales experience. Egypt experience preferred and same industry.   

Education: Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing or Relevant field

  • Own car with driving license    
  • Effective verbal & written communication, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal
  • Skills, Planning & Organizing Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
