Job Description
- Supervise and participate the technicians in the following tasks:
- Responsible for installation & maintenance tasks of the cabling (fiber, coaxial and UTP) & dish farm.
- Organizing racks.
- Interact with the provisioning requests.
- Preventive maintenance for the RHE & dish farm.
- Interact with the technical complaints via phone calls or a site visits.
- Install STB to the end subscriber (if needed).
- Instructs end subscriber on the use of all equipment associated with the services (if needed).
- Get a confirmation from the client that the service is up and running for the installation orders or service orders (if needed).
- Train technicians.
- Prepare a technical daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- Specialist in electronics, Automation, IPTV, centerless dish , networking .
- 5+ years of hands one experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational and Leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- English Language efficiency.
- Holding products certifications is preferred.
- Writing technical proposal / Statement of Work for the customer is an added value.
- Experience in engineering documents and technical submitting
