Job Description
- Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations.
- Follow-up on the implementation of tasks and matters related to the facility at the Insurance Office, such as (opening an insurance file, extracting all insurance printers Like coverage printer - account statement printer - wage labor printer)
- Supply and registration of all forms 1,2,6.
- Completion of all documents and papers in case of inspection from the insurance or law office in order not to issue any violation.
- Assist in medical insurance approvals requests, claims of reimbursement and finalize medical insurance invoices.
- Supply labor office funds such as emergency subsidy
- Follow up and review the settlement of annual, official and sick leave for employees
- Follow-up on the settlement of the fines of penalties and their supply to the competent funds
- Prepare the renewal contracts before two months of contract ending date, issue the new contracts of the new employees & ensure the original contracts to be signed by the employee signature & under his own responsibility
- Preparing and submitting all different requests such as injury and disability.
- Other duties as assigned

Typical experience
