Job Description
- Follow up the application of the annual agricultural operations program (planting green surfaces with winter seeds - replacing and renewing flat grasses as needed - pruning trees and removing damaged and dry branches - pruning palms and removing dry leaves - for date palm pollination and following up the contract process and collecting dates - planting lost plants and plant ponds due to damage and destruction Visitors - removal of weeds - replacement of dead plants (whether annuals, shrubs or fences).
- Follow up the implementation of the semi-annual organic fertilization program for the green area.
- Follow up the implementation of the monthly chemical fertilization program, in coordination with the Maintenance Department.
- Follow up the implementation of the periodic and curative control program according to the schedule.
- The daily work schedule is distributed to supervisors and workers in coordination with the Assistant Director - Agriculture.
- Passing through the various work points and making sure that the work is running smoothly according to the schedule.
- Intervene to solve any emergency problem related to visitors related to agricultural work.
- Follow up with the irrigation department on the implementation of the periodic irrigation program according to the needs of the plant.
- Monitor the movement of drivers to remove agricultural waste daily.
- Coordinating the monthly attendance and leave schedule for employees and supervisors in the Agriculture Department.
- Follow up the agricultural operations inside the nursery to maintain the required level for feeding the garden completely.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Agriculture Department of Horticulture or Ornamental Plants.
- From 3 to 5 years in the field of landscape and ornamental plants.
- Microsoft Office skills.
