SPARK perform is a high-performance modest sportswear brand engineered in Germany and made in Egypt, aiming to empower women trough sport. Together with female athletes from national teams worldwide SPARK has developed its high-performance sportswear range at their research facility in Stuttgart, Germany. The three pillar system: comfort, security and fit enables female athletes to focus on the sport and refrain from having to constantly adjust their outfits because slipping hijabs, tops riding up or layered outfits that accumulate too much heat. All SPARK fabrics are cooling, UV50+ resistant and hypoallergenic (do not cause skin irritations) and are suitable for any sport.

 

We are seeking a dynamic and high energy individual to work in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment as a coordinator at SPARK. Tasks are as follows:

  • Receive customer orders, create invoices and packing lists
  • Coordinate customer shipment packing with SPARK warehouse
  • Check that correct items/ number of items is being dispatched including random shipment quality checks
  • Coordinate shipment delivery with driver/ delivery service (within Egypt + international shipments) and customer
  • Make sure all logistics related paperwork is correct, finished on time and distributed to respective receiver entities
  • Track items entering and leaving the warehouse in Excel and SPARK warehouse system
  • Follow up on outstanding payments to SPARK
  • Coordinate with suppliers for garment shipments
  • Order required raw materials & accessories using Purchase order template
  • Generate Bill of Materials for Spark Products
  • Gather Invoices in the monthly sales report on a monthly basis

Job Requirements

Skills:

  • Min. 2 years experience in administrative or organizational field
  • Ability to process customer orders, create invoices and all shipment related paperwork
  • Ability to speak English
  • Ability to work self motivated and self sufficiently
  • Ability to coordinate politely with customers and related delivery entities
  • Ability to work with Microsoft office + SPARK warehouse system
  • Experience in warehousing and shipment handling is a plus
