Job Description
- Support daily customer inquiries, providing solutions and keep clear record in CRM system 2. Assist cusromer to complete all necessary document for audit as well as collect all supporting document
- Support marketing events, customer seminars or visit tour
- Any other tasks as determined by management from time to time
- Complete daily and weekly report on time, and provide performance analysis or action plan based on daily work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a plus.
- More than one-year experience in customer service or ride hailing industry is preferred.
- Have basic data analytical skill, and good learning and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environment.
- Common computer skill (MS office).
