Job Description
- Managing cash transactions regarding receipts and disbursement.
- Ensure the verification and supporting documents related to transactions.
- Maintain registers and records.
- Solving all cash queries compiled with company policies.
- Documents and recommends financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation, and legislation
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
Additional Secondary Tasks:
- Manage all company bills payment on a timely manner
- Purchase all company needs (Stationary - Supplies) and so on
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting from a reputable university (preferred English section)
- Very good command of English language
- Experience 3-5 years in accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to execute multiple orders of assignments without errors.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
