Job Description
- Contributing in the digital marketing plan and marketing strategy, along with the execution of the plan by promoting FLINK’ services throughout our digital platforms, and monitoring FLINK’s online presence & performance.
Responsibilities:
1- Social Media Platform
- Insights monitoring
- Calendar briefing & posting schedule
- Keeping up-to-date with our Competitive– monthly feedback
2- E-marketing Campaign
- Create messages campaign ( LinkedIn & emails)
- Monitoring & reporting
3- Creating Innovative Marketing Content
- Website Content review
- Blogs content
- Newsletter content
4- Managing agencies brief & inquires ( ex; Websites updates – Campaigns – newsletter, Copywriters, translators …etc)
5- Development of marketing reporting framework, using analytics tools to provide regular insights and reporting
6- Managing and allocating leads inquires in coordination with sales manager
7- Help build client success case studies which can be circulated internally and externally
8- Reporting system:
- Reporting marketing activities on weekly basis ( aligned with indirect channel)
- Reporting Sales activities on weekly basis
- Updating the marketing qualified leads on hub spot
9- Hub spot activities:
- Working closely with Sales channels to understand and monitor clients status & cycle ( direct & indirect channels)
10- Partner Channel
- Support the creation of partner and new business pitch materials
- Attend partner meetings along with the Channel Manager as the key marketing contact.
