Job Description
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Be willing to drive and meet with clients as needed to present our company products.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Responds to inquiries via live chat, email, inbound and outbound calls according to the need.
- Think out of the box to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing efforts. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Do regular market research
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in selling training programs
- Capable of Generate new leads based on the required leads business segment
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Talkative and able to explain our products/services
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs..
- Ability to manage and forecast deals in CRM.
