Job Description

  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Be willing to drive and meet with clients as needed to present our company products.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Responds to inquiries via live chat, email, inbound and outbound calls according to the need.
  • Think out of the box to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing efforts. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Do regular market research

 

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in selling training programs
  • Capable of Generate new leads based on the required leads business segment
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Talkative and able to explain our products/services
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs..
  • Ability to manage and forecast deals in CRM.
