Job Description
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and transactions and record useful information.
- Assist sales team in establishing new leads for business
- Build and maintain a database of past and prospective clients
- Conduct periodical follow up communications with clients
- Develop tailored plans and strategies for potential clients
- Carry out periodical market research to track industry trends such as pricing, competitors, etc.
- Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new
- sales through referrals and references.
- Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and initiate leads
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to open new business opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing with terms and conditions
- Develops clear and reasonable written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Job Requirements
- Candidates MUST have experience in a sales account manager role.
- 2:3 years of experience in the same field in software solutions ( CRM- Mobile Application- Website development) OR 3 years experience in Sales Account Manager (in general).
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- English and Arabic fluency.
- Having a car is a plus.
