Job Description
- Responsible of Organization Design activities, Org charts & Job profiles management
- Responsible of preforming workload analysis and departments sizing to ensure efficiency
- Creating the policy and procedure rule book for the whole organization from a close to zero base.
- Maintaining, reviewing and updating policies and procedures according to new rules and regulations for both internal and external guidance.
- Responsible of Change management and follow up on initiatives implementation
- Monitors and analyzes various organization trends and activities.
- Follows up on the impact of trends and initiatives that impact the organization.
- Renders policy developments into evocative strategic advice and guidance.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of five years working in role in Organizational Development
- Experienced in organization design and workload activities
- Strong in building something from scratch and 'making it happen'
- Excellent English (oral and written) skills
- Minimum bachelor’s degree ideally masters
- Financial Services experience is a plus
