Job Description
- Handle the physical transfer and exchange of documents across projects’ sites, head office, and projects’ clients/consultants.
- Organize and Archive Documents.
- Fulfill Document Retrieval Requests
- Maintain Documents
- Updates and disseminates documents to personnel and other stakeholders.
- Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures
- Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered .
- Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them.
- Print and distribute documents as necessary.
- Work with documents and records across various departments, including Finance ,marketing and construction.
- Scanning and registering of hard and soft copy documents
- Maintenance of document and drawing revisions via the electronic document management system to ensure a complete and up to date repository is maintained
- Distribution of hard and soft copy documents and drawings to internal and external project stakeholders promptly and accurately
- Maintenance of hard copy files
- Maintenance of distribution records and audit document libraries
- Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary
- Imputing all documents on Microsoft Excel
Job Requirements

- Experience :1-2 Years of experience
- Skills :Good Command of English Language.
- Age range : 22- 30
- Experience in the construction field is preferred
- Lives In Masr El-Gedida .
- Ability to find and preserve paper documents
- Basic understanding of construction documents
