- Enter customers’ orders on the system
- Import/Export follow-up
- Follow the orders with customers
- Send proforma invoices, offers
- Follow payment
- Clearance follow-up
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience
- Knowledge in logistics and customer service is a plus
- ERP systems is a plus
- Languages: Fluent English and French
- Self-motivated and dynamic
