HR Generalist

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation
• Administer compensation and benefits
• Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
• Administer employee discipline processes
• Review and update employee rules and regulations
• Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
• Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
• Compliance with compulsory and non-compulsory training, continuing education and job assessments.
• Interviews and facilitating the recruitment of qualified job applicants to fill vacancies
• Get background checks and verify employee eligibility.
• Implement new employee orientation and employee recognition programs
• Performs routine tasks required to manage and implement human resource programs
• Handles recruitment related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors
• Refer complex and / or sensitive matters to the appropriate personnel.
