Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes
- Administer employee discipline processes
- Review and update employee rules and regulations
- Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
- Compliance with compulsory and non-compulsory training, continuing education and job assessments.
- Interviews and facilitating the recruitment of qualified job applicants to fill vacancies
- Get background checks and verify employee eligibility.
- Implement new employee orientation and employee recognition programs
- Performs routine tasks required to manage and implement human resource programs
- Handles recruitment related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors
- Refer complex and / or sensitive matters to the appropriate personnel.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing related field
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent English Language
- Excellent Computer Skills (especially MS Office)
