Meet and coordinate with internal stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow with them and ensure its compatibility with Egypt branch.
Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements and vices versa.
Manage the set-up and configuration of systems with updates.Manage the set-up and configuration of systems with updates.
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance through daily logging on system to check users & handling compliance.
Analyzing data and generating reports upon needed requests
Following up with developer’s team on all released issues according to its priority.

Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or related field
Strong computer, software, and analytical skills
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
Experience with web based technologies
Product Management
SQL
PHP (Preffered)
