Job Description

  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions needed to be negotiated.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Appraise properties to determine values.
  • Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms when applicable.
  • Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to knowledgeable about real estate markets.
  • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sale/rentals listings.
  • Provide guidance and consultancy to individuals and families seeking residency and/ or citizenship of a country
  • Applying legal knowledge in immigration laws in assessing the client`s eligibility to apply and advise on their most suitable options
  • Handles (Leads) inquiries received online, through phone calls or walk-ins.
  • Performs several points’ assessments for potential clients seeking to apply as skilled workers and advise on their eligibility to apply.
  • Attends meetings with interested/ eligible clients (inside or outside the office), explaining the assessment, procedure, time frame, related costs and Reach Immigration services.
  • Provides international consultancy to clients residing outside of Egypt, through phone calls, emails, and other communication applications.
  • Handing signing clients to their immigration expert after explaining the client`s case to them, including their points assessment, personal information, and any other notes or special arrangements regarding the case.
  • Attends and Participates in new and old programs training and any immigration-related subjects.
  • Handles his/her signed clients` complaints and any program/expert-related issues.
  • Participates in immigration-related events, seminars, conferences and workshops.
  • Assists with the development of new programs if requested from the upper management.
  • Handling any extra duties assigned by the top management.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • Experience in Real state is preferred.
  • Talented and Self Motivated.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • High Commission Due Earned Value.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of working experience in the immigration field. Regional experience will be advantageous.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to think on your feet
  • Team player who is able to develop strong working relationships with team members and gain their confidence through displaying professionalism and efficiency in all communications
  • Complete tasks within agreed time-frames and in line with expectations; capable of managing a high number of tasks simultaneously, and setting priorities accordingly; ability to meet various deadlines
  • Maintains confidentiality
  • Able to act under instruction with limited supervision
  • A high degree of precision
  • Demonstrates initiative in resolving client problems and escalations
