Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities :

 Concept Development: 

Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, social media campaign's, and other platforms.

 Create visual assets for print and digital formats, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and presentations. 

Collaboration:

 Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives. 

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on design strategies. 

 Design Execution:

 Create visually appealing designs that align with the company's brand guidelines and target audience. 

 Project Management:

 Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. 

Team Leadership:

 Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment. 

Client Communication:

 Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to clients, addressing their needs and concerns. 

 Stay Updated:

 Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
