Job Description
- Develop Life Cycle Cost Analysis during conceptual design to evaluate various HVAC systems.
- Perform analysis and calculations for facility HVAC and plumbing designs.
- Responsible for creating and developing refrigeration and heating systems for hospital, residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
- Produce the required design drawings/shop drawings for designed HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with other discipline works and producing composite layouts after solving different clashes aiming to produce zero-clash models.
- Perform AC load estimation calculations and ventilation calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical power/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Familiar with all HVAC systems design, procurement and site works.
- On hands working experience with Revit and other design software.
- Familiar with local market and have good knowledge of the materials/equipment suppliers.
- Familiar with international and Egyptian codes and standards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- V.good command of written & spoken English.
- Full awareness of all related design software.
