Job Description
- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings
- Estimates prepare and assign resources such as materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
- Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
- Delivers infrastructure platform solutions by working as part of the project team when required, to meet consultants' expectations.
- Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time
- Responsible for reviewing subcontractor invoices
- Responsible for the supervision of the raw materials supplied and the good ways to receive them, coordinate with storekeeper to find suitable storage places
- Handover the tasks to the consultant
- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to the execution of any jobs.
- Preparation of Design, Shop, and MEP Coordination drawings of the project.
