Job Description
- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the Company.
- Research companies to find new partnership opportunities, as well as increasing the value of current clients and networks.
- Find and develop new local and regional markets; being creative and analytical to improve sales.
- Contact potential clients via phone, email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers online and outdoors.
- Suggest and implement upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
- Proactively obtain feedback from clients and suggest necessary changes to improve the Company's offering.
- Organize and perform sales visits and negotiate packages.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as required.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals for clients.
- Track and support the customer through all aspects of service sales (i.e. inquiry, invoicing, collection of accounts due, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive record (database) of all contacts, negotiations, inquiries, responses, etc. with individual customers.
- Consolidate regional sales activity and collection summaries reports and producing routine and specialized reports such as weekly and monthly summaries.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities.
- Monitor activity on the platform and respond to inquiries as required.
- Review incoming requests from customers to join the platform and assess each customer profile.
- Achieve yearly sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years
- Qualification/Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Gender Preferred female, however would consider either gender if all requirements are met
- Preferred Industry Event management
- Work Location Remote work (Preferred candidate would be based in Cairo)
- Specific Skills · Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic. ·
- Strategic thinking and research skills ·
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. ·
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve goals ·
- Basic Microsoft skills (Especially PowerPoint) .
- Other Requirements Critical requirement: The candidate must have an established presence in the event space and have ready contacts in the market.
