Job Description
- Receiving Showroom visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
- Manage the Managing director day to day calendar.
- Maintained orderliness at the front desk area, with all necessary stationery and material
- Set up and uphold Document filing system & contact list.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Supervise the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the office
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Preparing internal Monthly newsletter
Job Requirements
- College degree from reputable university
- Active, ambitious fresh graduates are welcome
- Good Command of Computer skills
- Fluent English Language
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Professional attitude and appearance
