Job Description

  • Receiving Showroom visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
  • Manage the Managing director day to day calendar.
  • Maintained orderliness at the front desk area, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Set up and uphold Document filing system & contact list.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Supervise the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the office
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Preparing internal Monthly newsletter 

Job Requirements

  • College degree from reputable university 
  • Active, ambitious fresh graduates are welcome 
  • Good Command of Computer skills 
  • Fluent English Language  
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Professional attitude and appearance
