Job Description
- Proposes a plan and program for the implementation of public or private projects, monitoring the progress of work, setting the general budget for projects, identifying sources, financing and monitoring implementation, managing subordinates and developing their skills.
- Preparing the project implementation plan and program, estimating the financial budget of the projects, determining their funding methods, determining the human requirements, machinery and equipment needed, and following up on their insurance.
- Monitoring project implementation at various stages, assessing progress in implementation, identifying obstacles and problems, and taking action to avoid and resolve them.
- Technical and administrative supervision of the subordinates and their training, and evaluation of their performance and achievements, and propose programs to raise the level of knowledge and development of their capabilities.
- Developing procedures and securing occupational safety and health.
