Job Description

  • To be responsible of human resources functions in general,
  • To be responsible for recruiting and employment agreements,
  • Arrange for hiring process and interviewing candidates,
  • Monitor company obligations toward employees and authorities for compliance,
  • Support company sales team for human resources requirements,
  • Support the company for talent acquisition and retention,
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs,
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; timesheet preparation and attendance, along training and development,
  • Maintains compliance with Egyptian labor laws,
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge with Labor Laws and regulatory changes that impact the work,
  • To be responsible for representing the company for all legal aspects at front of Egyptian courts and legal representatives.

Job Requirements

  • Full command of English is required,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills,
  • Excellent team work and positive spirit with all employees\ colleagues and management,
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines,
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality,
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software,
  • Having Legal background and education is required, 
  • Valid Lawyer license and valid\ active subscription in Layers Egyptian Syndication,

Ability to review and prepare:

  • Employment contracts, custodians, or any legal forms with employees,
  • Partnership agreements,
  • Customer contracts,
  • Supplier contracts,
