Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Train computer users.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from faculty of computer science and information technology or relevant
  • Males only
  • 3-6 months of experience
  • Good command of English
  • Must have attended MCSA and CCNA courses ( Certificate is a plus )
  • Good appearance.
  • ITIL is a Must ( Self study or attended course )
