Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Train computer users.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from faculty of computer science and information technology or relevant
- Males only
- 3-6 months of experience
- Good command of English
- Must have attended MCSA and CCNA courses ( Certificate is a plus )
- Good appearance.
- ITIL is a Must ( Self study or attended course )
