Job Description

  • Handle all of the Recruitment procedures ( Screening, Interviews, hiring procedures).
  • Opening new sources to enrich the database in different positions.
  • Receiving applicants CVs &proceed the screening and filing process with daily follow up with them.
  • Conduct HR interview, document the interviewing results and recommendation.
  • Manage all the procedures for the new hires including the orientation, social & medical insurance, preparing PCs, mails..etc.
  • Check the employees personal files and ensure adherence with the Egyptian labor law & revises the monthly pay roll report.
  • Collect information about the market regarding the salary ranges, benefits and services provided and use the data in updating the grading system and salary structure.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll, issuing salaries, solve any issues with Financial department.
  • Responsible for all visas processing whether (full time - part time - business visit )
    coordination with Recruitment agencies in ( Egypt - Pakistan - Philippines - India )

Job Requirements

  • Males ONLY
  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in all HR functions Especially in Talent acquisition.
  • Construction Experience IS a Must.
  • Excellent in English language
  • KSA Experience IS preferred.
  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
