Job Description
- Handle all of the Recruitment procedures ( Screening, Interviews, hiring procedures).
- Opening new sources to enrich the database in different positions.
- Receiving applicants CVs &proceed the screening and filing process with daily follow up with them.
- Conduct HR interview, document the interviewing results and recommendation.
- Manage all the procedures for the new hires including the orientation, social & medical insurance, preparing PCs, mails..etc.
- Check the employees personal files and ensure adherence with the Egyptian labor law & revises the monthly pay roll report.
- Collect information about the market regarding the salary ranges, benefits and services provided and use the data in updating the grading system and salary structure.
- Responsible for monthly payroll, issuing salaries, solve any issues with Financial department.
- Responsible for all visas processing whether (full time - part time - business visit )
coordination with Recruitment agencies in ( Egypt - Pakistan - Philippines - India )
Job Requirements
- Males ONLY
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or equivalent
- Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in all HR functions Especially in Talent acquisition.
- Construction Experience IS a Must.
- Excellent in English language
- KSA Experience IS preferred.
- Perfect knowledge of Microsoft office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure.
