Job Description

  • Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them successfully rolling out of RSA SecurID Access, understanding business needs and customer security pain points.
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with Customers about their adoption trends, sentiment and Identity Security challenges for deeper engagement.
  • Updating and documenting all activity with customer accounts in CRM system to analyze and drive improvements.
  • Understanding customer outcomes through on-going collection and analysis of data and feedback and turn this into on boarding and retention strategies as well as feed into product road-map.
  • Be involved in all aspects of support, demonstrating the product, educating the customers and more.
  • Help implement research activities to analyze customer feedback and monitor new and existing project/program plans to drive desired results.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as RSA Advocates (testimonials, case stories, win wires, etc.)
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product road-map.

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Experience with driving customer success, relation management, account management.
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate customer attrition and drive engagement and renewals.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
  • Experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.

Technical Requirements:

  • AWS/Azure Cloud Knowledge.
  • Strong Security Knowledge.
  • Strong Networks Knowledge.
  • Good Linux Knowledge.
  • Knowledge with SAML technology is a plus.
