Job Description
- Understanding your customer's needs.
- Arrange Meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them our projects.
- Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients with our projects .
- Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive experience in the Real Estate sales field- in new capital area is a must
- Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
- Willingness to work from alternate locations when needed.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Hard worker
- Flexible with working hours based on clients needs
