Duties
- Lead a team of service technicians.
- Hold site survey prior to installation.
- Coordinated the delivery and installation with client.
- Perform on-site delivery, installation and hand over to client.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance at client premises.
- Performs trouble shooting, maintenance and repair for devices faults and breakdowns.
- Hold meeting with clients as needed to resolve technical issues.
- Control daily operating expenses for himself as well as his team of technicians.
- Travel inside Egypt 30% of the time.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Mechanical, electrical or mechatronic engineering degree.
- Hard worker, and able to bear continuous outdoor work conditions.
- 0 to 4 years of experience
- Analytical mindset
- Maintenance/service background is a plus
- Good command of English language
- Very good communication skills.
